Lowe's Home Improvement

Today, a Lowe's associated greeted me and asked if I had a Lowe's credit card. Did not ask if I needed assistance, just tried to push the credit card. Also noteworthy, 24 spaces along the storefront are dedicated to other uses and were mostly empty but I still had to walk a long distance. Do they really need 8 prime parking spaces dedicated to curbside pickup? Why not actually designate an area at the curbside? This is why I am shopping for the items I went in for online. I did not purchase anything during this visit.

I was in the store for about 35 mins. Couldn't find anyone to help. The self checkout was the only one open. There was a extremely nice young man that did help at the checkout. Overall I thought I was at Home Depot

I find that Lowe’s has different brands of the same items as Home Depot… but, oftentimes those Brands offer a twist or added feature that is very much needed for one project or another. So while my primary home improvement store is Home Depot, I find that I am now a regular and satisfied Lowe’s customer too… …and Lowe’s has parking for Active and Retired Military, which I find very convenient.

Refrigerator left on porch. I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered at my rental property. I gave Lowe’s all the instructions that this was a third floor and also wanted the old one removed. The delivery driver told me they could not deliver to a third floor and they left the refrigerator on the porch. I live one hour away from location, I went to Lowe’s to talk to the manager in which they took my number down and never gave me a call. In my survey I placed a complaint and also never heard back from them. This was poorly handled. The delivery driver had the instructions that this would be a third floor as the employee typed up the order and informed them.

Lowe's has their Halloween decorations out. Some pretty good items. The best is the little girl with her doll. Check out the videos if they load.
