Unprofessional and do not know how to work. This complaint is for the appliance manager and Sania, another manager. I am surprised how Lowe’s is still in business. I purchased two closet doors and two vanities, and all four items were delivered damaged. The management team at Lowe’s is very incompetent. They picked up the items, and it has been 10 business days with no refund issued. Quality control at Lowe’s is very bad. They do not check anything. The delivery system is terrible. No email, no call, no ETA. They dropped off the items in the rain without even placing them to the side so the rain would not damage them. They did not knock on the door either. I will not purchase anything from Lowe’s again, regardless of the store. Poor quality and poor management.

I am a new customer to Lowe’s, but 14 boxes of tile which looks like wood. I have just a simple question. No one will answer I try it yesterday. Today is another day. I got tired of after 10 rings and I hear someone talking and pick up picking up and then they sent me to Back to the system of rings!. This is not Professional.. i’m 40 years experienced as Customer Service this is unheard of!! I get it you’re busy hard people to handle your business in customer Service! It is everything! That is how you bring the Customers back. People are spending their money. You need to hire people to answer your phones. This is my favorite Lowe’s mainly because the customer service has always been great. One of the managers, Rich, is extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this location specifically and don’t forget to use your Lowe’s card!

This is the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to employees are standing around talking to each other and would not get help at the blind Dep, I was complaining about Home Depot. This is worse. I think I may have to go back.

Placed an order online for delivery. out of 5 items only 1 was delivered. I call and the store and no one seems to know how to use the phone, for some reason, they would pick it up and put it on hold again, not once but at least 10 times, until they would pick it up and just leave it on the counter. This did not happen once but 5 times. I finally spoke to someone at their corporate call center, and they explained that I had to pay for the rest of the items to be delivered if I wanted it to be delivered. So I asked why, and they said that in an order, each item, needs to be marked for delivery separately. So I placed an order for 5 items, and I pay for delivery, for the same single order, and you are telling me that I did not placed the order correctly? the system is counterintuitive. Af
