They lie about when specialty number order even if you are going to pick them up. Time Collins then even worse is the pro desk manager. Liars. Take your money then say sorry be 1 ton2 weeks later even for pickup. Didn't ask them to deliver but they lie about what they say they can do. Wrights lumber even homedopot cost more delivery but they do what they say

Ill say this, this store has made a lot of improvements. This is probably as good as it'll get. I mean it's a corporate entity that will always put it's corporate greed first by continuously raising prices for no other reason than to make sure the CEO gets a better bonus. It's also the only home improvement store around. This type of store in this area with no competition will be guaranteed to give ridiculously high prices and lackluster customer service. That's just how it is unfortunately. All in all though, the management was able to turn that chicken crap into chicken salad. Hats off to ya.

If there was an option to give zero stars that’s what I would choose. I was delivered the wrong dishwasher for starters. I then had to load the thing on a trailer and drive 40 minutes back to Lowe’s. Of course, they didn’t have the one I originally ordered so I settled for something else. We were in Lowe’s for nearly 2 hours before we were able to get our dishwasher loaded back up. I got home and removed the box and the door was so damaged it wouldn’t even seal. That leaves me loading it back up and driving 40 minutes back to Lowe’s again. I would not recommend anyone shop at the Paintsville Lowe’s. They offer nothing for wasting your whole day other than an I’m sorry but it’s not our fault. It must’ve been sent from the manufacturer that way. Lowe’s customer service is absolutely horrible

They had everything we needed, very expensive.. but I reckon its a reliable place.. I highly recommend it. You wanna build something? Go there and get the material and tools you'll need. I promise they will have what your looking for!
