Brought a ac unit from them doesn’t work right never was told about the 48 hours return policy. Lady at counter was rued and didn’t ask if we had a receipt just started on the return policy. Never but at Lowe’s again.

Very good experience, been going here for awhile. Some of the prices you can't beat. I purchased two bags of drainage rock. I also had several loads of pavers but weighed 3,600lbs so the guys in garden split it up for me in two loads. My truck couldn't handle the full weight. Antonio and Delton loaded me up and we're positive and upbeat. Thank You Lowe's

We had a very attentive and helpful aid actually at one point 2, showing us exactly where the items I needed where. I also decided to purchase a beautiful hibiscus. I took her home a split into 6 plants! ( I run a home based nursery in Interlachen, " Bloom's To Go"), trying to supplement my daughter and my income. So definitely got my money's worth. Lowes is 5 star.

After having to find my own stuff all manned registers were closed with selfpay available. So having to scan and bag my purchase, still have to pay full price... 0 for courtesy... should had gone to HD... just saying.
