I picked up a dolly that was clearly under a tag that said $84.98. When it rang up at $99.98 I asked the cashier watching the self-check kiosks for a price check she instructed me to go back and get a picture of the price. I did but my picture didn't capture the item number. So I went back again and took a picture of the tag only. She compared the item number to the one that scanned in and said the numbers are different. I asked for the dolly with the price that was marked. She told me to go back again to get help in that department. As I walked away she asked me if I would take my stuff back. I said no. It was a lot of work to scan it in myself. Then she said she would call management. I said don't worry about it and left. I feel like I've wasted my time recently signing up for Lowe's mem

Came into the store looking for a wax ring ask an employee that was walking by where the wax rings were. She stopped me mid sentence of me asking and says she knew nothing about Plumbing and walked off. Go out of my way To give a good review for an employee..

Kevin back in plumbing was beyond helpful in helping me find all the pieces I needed to do my home water filter install. Very knowledgeable, kind,patient. That man deserves a raise. THANKS KEVIN!

I recently had a problem with a refrigerator I purchased at Lowe's and purchased an extended warranty at the time of my purchase. I have been working with Ivan Cruz and he has been outstanding at helping me get the issue resolved. We ended up having to replace the appliance through the extended warranty and Ivan was instrumental in making that happen. Thank you Ivan. We would have never been able to get this done without your help! We are looking forward to getting our new refrigerator.

Absolute night mare!!! Ordered a hurricane proof sliding door. Came in was supposed to be installed 1/14 to find out they can’t break the door down to get it up my stairs. Something they should have noticed when the install came months ago!! Now I have no door still they returned it and have for the last month kept saying they’re going order a new door. To find out today I get an email they cancelled my entire order and refunded us back. Are you kidding me ??
