The Customer Service staff needs more training on how to communicate with customers more professionally as well as the managers, (less attitude, less telling the customer they are wrong it's insulting, more willingness to help), not all but many don't have the right approach (emotional intelligence, starts at the top) it just makes matters worse. Also, with regards to providing conflicting information from person to person, not all are on the same page, they seem to be all over the place. It has been my experience the staff in the various departments lack the expertise\knowledge to provide the proper direction when asked about a product or process resulting in purchasing the wrong item, when asked specifically if this is all they need to accomplish a specific task. I was here today. Looking for a door entrance lock. I asked for help 3 times and no one helped me. Then I saw a guy who said his name is Joe and he helped me until I found what I need. Even the lock aisle was not his area and he had to search and he did. He really was the reason that I changed my idea from 1 star to 5. I asked his full name and it was Joseph Delator. I was very upset when we got to Lowe's because the warranty service company has been giving my mom the run around. I'm thankful to say that Staci, one of the representatives at the front counter was extremely helpful, friendly, kind, and got a resolution for us. Thank you Staci for helpingy.mom.and I. I want to give a shout out to Rafael in the Garden Center at Lowes Paramus for going above and beyond in helping me buy a Christmas tree. He was super friendly, extremely helpful and he made sure my car would not get scratched by going and finding plastic to put underneath it. I will only buy Christmas trees going forward from Lowes!

A good location for buying the items I needed for home improvement needs and for my vehicle. The store is clean as well as the restrooms. Customer service by associates in the evening is non existent if you need help with anything.
