Good luck if you need paint mixed in the paint department! My husband waited and waited for someone to come help him. He went up to the service desk TWICE and the representative behind the counter called for someone to come help him. No one ever showed up. That’s after calling for someone twice. My husband waited for over 20 minutes, RIDICULOUS‼️ If Pascagoula would get a Home Depot in town, perhaps Lowe’s would step up its game.

6/5/25..... If you've ordered from Lowe's Home Improvement in Pascagoula during their Memorial Day sale.... BEWARE!!!!! Our appliances were supposed to be delivered Tuesday. They called on Tuesday and said since our dryer wasn't received in store before 4pm Monday, our delivery was being moved to Saturday. Trent asked if all our appliances (fridge, washer, dryer) were in store now. They said yes, put him on hold to confirm, and then said absolutely yes, everything is here. He asked if he could just pick it up. They said yes, he arrived at the store about 55 minutes later.... only to be told our washer wasn't there. He asked if they sold it, they couldn't answer. Lowe’s in Pascagoula has been good in the past not anymore they are not good for big purchases bought a Samsung washer and the tub fell out in 1 month i had to buy a new one an Samsung repaid me months later Lowe’s wouldn’t even help now this one is not working had 4 visits so far an nobody has fixed on there extended warranty which is not cheap on my side but they seem to be cheap when it comes to them fixing something on it they just pass the buck it’s always another company’s problem but I bought the machine an warranty from Lowe’s ,Lowe’s protection plan who doesn’t help that’s my opinion an yes still waiting on 5th repair guy he called an rescheduled today . So I won’t make this mistake again…..

good luck going to this place for tool. u never find somebody to get power tool or any tool. when u check online the item its never where they posted it is . u walk and get tired and go home with your hand empty. i wish there were another lowes or homedepot around. oh when they called for help they never show up. i hated it. they lucky they get costumer

Lowes of Pascagoula has the most helpful employee TJ. He helped my husband load 3 huge rugs, find flashlights, and load the rugs into the truck. Every shopping experience at Lowes should be that good. Thanks TJ!
