I’m a long time customer at this Lowe’s but I have noticed that items often marked with special discounted prices are charged full price at the register. This is a perfect example see image below. The tag says $19.98 the discount orange sticker at the bottom says $4.98. At the counter they wouldn’t give me the discount even after showing the photo. BUYER BEWARE: Double check the charges before you pay.

I went to the Lowe’s in Paterson to purchase a washer/dryer and went directly to the appliances department where I was assisted by Mohammed. He was honestly the best. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and super patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through my options, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I appreciated how professional and thorough he was. Because of the experience, I went out of my way to make my final purchase with him specifically, and I would absolutely do the same again when I need another appliance in the future. purchased a nightstand from Lowe’s website for about $370. When it arrived, the item was damaged, so I requested a return. Lowe’s sent a truck and picked up the item from my apartment on January 15 at approximately 9:55 AM. I no longer have the item, yet I still have not received my refund. It has now been almost two months. When I called customer service earlier this week, I was told they could see the item was received but the refund somehow was not processed in the system. I was promised someone would call me within 48 hours regarding the refund. That was Monday. Today is Friday and I still have not heard from anyone. When I called again today, I was told customer service could not help me and that a store would have to process the refund, even though the purchase was made online. I w

Whenever I come to this Lowe’s and need help with anything, I go to Felicia. Felicia has an amazing intuition for customer needs and consistently goes above and beyond. She is incredibly patient, understanding, and resourceful, and she takes the time to make sure questions are fully answered rather than rushed. Her customer service skills are exceptional, and she makes what could be a frustrating experience feel easy and positive. Employees like Felicia are the reason I continue to shop at this location.
