Honestly lowes in general is terrible in terms of their customer service! Purchase a washer and dryer and a dishwasher and specifically planned for the delivery to be on a certain date, then i saw the price online in lowes was lower than the price that I bought in store, to which I called customer service and they were unable to do a price match with their own website which I though was ridiculous especially since I only purchased about 2-3 days ago, they only told me that I could get the price match if I cancelled the order to which I complied only to find out that the delivery date they could fulfill is almost 3 weeks from my original date I had with the original purchase. I normally don’t write reviews, but this store pushed me to it. I went in needing help with a simple issue — an order that was wrong and missing items. I asked for a manager because the associate couldn’t fix it. The manager finally came over after I waited almost 20 minutes, and I swear he looked like I interrupted him from doing absolutely nothing. I explained the situation clearly, showed him the receipt, showed him the order confirmation, everything. He barely even looked at it. He just shrugged, told me “there’s nothing I can do,” and tried to walk away before I was even done talking. No apology. No effort. No solution. NOTHING. I’ve worked retail before, so I know when someone genuinely can’t fix something — but this dude didn’t even TRY. He didn’t check the system. He didn’t radio

I ordered tile from Lowe’s back in July, and this turned into a FOUR-month nightmare. The order kept getting postponed with zero communication. I emailed and called repeatedly and could not get a store manager to call me back, and their AI phone system is awful — it just loops you endlessly. After weeks of trying to cancel the order (because the ship date was pushed to mid-December), I finally reached a helpful rep, but it still took a full 2 weeks for a manager to actually call me back. I eventually gave up and reordered the tile online for same-day delivery just to end the saga. The tile price had gone up $0.50 per tile, and despite the delay being entirely Lowe’s fault, they refused to price match. I took the $300 loss and paid an additional $40 for delivery.
