I recently moved here from Washington and have been in Lowe’s quite a bit while getting settled. Cheryl has been absolutely wonderful every single time I’ve needed help. She has so much knowledge about anything you’re looking for, and she always points me in the right direction. On top of that, she’s funny, kind, and just an absolute sweetheart. She makes the whole shopping experience easier and so much more enjoyable. Lowe’s is lucky to have someone like her — she truly goes above and beyond!

Five stars all the way to Deb Erickson, home decor specialist. Kindly and patiently, she advised and guided me through the process of choosing a vertical blind for my Arcadia door. With her expertise I am confident I made the right choice for my home. She definitely knows her job and does it very well - nowadays it is the exception, not the rule. Many thanks, Deb, you’re the best!

The staff was very helpful in helping us get some containers and finding replacement screws for a baby gate. I would like to recognize three employees: Cheryl who helped us at the register, she was kind and made the checkout process fast and smooth; a kind older gentleman with white hair asked if we needed help and promptly found the correct diameter and length bolt that we needed for a baby gate; and last but not least there was a young woman with blond hair who helped grab five big plastic tubs for us. We were at home depot before this and when we saw there were no bolt fitment devices we left. I said let's go to Lowe's, they usually have fitment guides. Not only that but this one had stellar staff, so we didn't have to figure it out, we got on our way even faster. You guys made Lowe's f

After being unsuccessful attempting to resolve this online, I was directed to the store because the purchase was made in-store. While I understand there can be differences between online and in-store processes, Lowe’s is one company and one brand. The expectation of consistency in customer service is reasonable. Unfortunately, once we arrived at the store, the experience deteriorated significantly. The store manager, Brianna, provided what was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have encountered in my life. While I understand disagreements can occur, her conduct went far beyond a professional difference of opinion. She was argumentative, dismissive, and visibly unwilling to help, despite another associate clearly stating that the return and re-purchase could be

Terrible customer service. They advertise closing at 9pm. I need to exchange clear caulk for white caulking, literally one item. So I hurried over to the store, it’s 855p doors locked. Employees leaving as if it’s 915pm. “Oh we’re closed” uh no you’re not, as advertised you close at 9pm not 850pm, not 855pm, 9pm. Not to mention, I would’ve been taken care of and out of their store by 9pm or before 9pm. These people really need to learn when to pick their fights, I’ll never go back other than to return my caulking and go to Home Depot. That little stunt cost them thousands I would’ve spent since I’m adding a room to my house but I will now only go to Home Depot. Which is where I usually go but thought I would give lousy Lowe’s a try. Lesson learned
