Lowe's Home Improvement

One item I needed was in its proper place the other item was not in the bin it was up high. I asked one worker & he just said what's in the bins is all they have. I found a different worker who helped get a stair ladder that was not high enough but had to go get the electric lift & I finally got the item I needed from up high. All in all from getting my first item to getting my second one & paying took 1 hour when if the proper item was in the right bin it would have taken half the time.

I’ve been going to this Lowe’s for 3+ years. It’s always been a excellent experience. The staff is very friendly, what is a big store well organized and very clean. I like the veterans parking. They give Military /Veterans discounts with proof of service. Highly recommend shopping here for home improvements.

I want to thank Cecilia from Customer service for help today she was very helpful. I took my broken Craftsman 3/8 flex head ratchet that I purchased at sears many years ago and I was able to exchange it with a New one at Lowe's hassle free. Thank you very much Lowe's for honoring the craftsman lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this Lowe's in Pico Rivera with a friendly staff.

I hate that Lowe’s has decided to replace almost all of the traditional cashiers with self-service. I don’t work at Lowe’s, why am I scanning my items while an employee just watches me? Today I scanned my 20 or so items, must’ve hit a wrong button somewhere, and then had to scan them all again. Not the biggest deal in the world, and I’m sure it was my own mistake, but why am I the one operating their point of sale system in the first place? I get there’s an employee nearby to help, but shouldn’t they be the ones scanning the items in the first place? I DO NOT WORK AT LOWES, I SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO USE THEIR CASH REGISTERS.

I normally go to Home Depot but they didn't have what I was looking for. I gave Lowe's a try and I'm so glad I did. They were so helpful. This guy, I wish I can remember his name.... He didn't give up looking for an item I wanted and about 7 to maybe 10 minutes later he found it. I'm so happy!!! Great service and very knowledgeable. He also helped us with an item not from his department. I got my tile and my shower pan in about 30 minutes. I also want to say Lowe's is much more organized than Home Depot. I'll probably be switching..
