I try my best to avoid this store. They send your data to a third party who tracks your movements in real time. Everything is over priced and remember - it's a hardware store, yet there is this huge section dedicated to clothing. So, I can't find the plumbing parts I need, but I could get a pair of pants.

Thank you so much for suppling our business with great paint for our late night project! The paint desk specialist was on break when I arrived to pick up paint, and the manager Steve was kind enough to mix up exactly what I needed in no time flat. I’m beyond appreciative and always happy with my hometown Lowe’s ❤️. You guys rock!

Great store! The employees are so helpful. They approached me and asked if they could help me several times! I ended up buying a charcoal grill I’d just been thinking about. I always find it difficult to get help at Home Depot. The garden department is also beautifully managed. I just passed through but ended up buying two flower pots they were so beautiful.

Lowe's keeps insisting I talk to them on the phone, when I am hearing impaired and struggle doing that. They damaged my house, and are doing everything possible not to fix it, deliver the services I paid for, or even refund me. Lowe's repair tech quit before finishing the job, left without telling me, marked the project as repaired, and caused a water leak that damaged my flooring and cabinets. It has been weeks, and I'm worse off than before. Lowe's keeps missing appointments, causing me to take days of of work that were unnecessary. Watch, Lowe's will reply to this review asking me to call them, despite my first sentence stating that I am hearing impaired and can't do so. or they will send me back to the online system where its impossible to get a response from someone on damage cl

My favorite home improvement store! They always have what I need for every project. All employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If I look like I'm unsure or lost an employee always stops and helps. In my mind this trait is what makes a business thrive. Thank you!
