I had a wonderful experience at Lowe’s thanks to the teams in both the garden center and the electrical department. The garden center staff greeted me warmly, answered my questions with patience, and shared helpful tips that made choosing the right plants so much easier. Their knowledge and genuine kindness made the visit enjoyable. I also stopped by the electrical department, and the service there was just as outstanding. The staff took the time to explain options clearly, making sure I understood what would work best for my project. Choose 2 items via my Lowe's app. Paid and waited for confirmation my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived I choose curbside pick up, responded via their email that I had arrived and waiting in parking space #5. I waited and waited and waited. I went in and was advised somebody must be picking the items from the shelves in the aisle. I responded I had received an email stating my order was ready 2 hours earlier. She basically shrugged her shoulders and said it should come out to my vehicle soon. I went back to my vehicle. In total I waited 20 minutes when I decided I was going to go back in. I spoke to someone else near the pick up room. She didnt seem very helpful. I saw my name and order number on the big screen TV and the wait time showing over 20 minutes. The girl inside the pic

The store is clean, organized, and stocked with everything for home improvement — tools, appliances, lumber, paint, landscaping, and more. It’s easy to find what you need, and the signage is clear. The staff here are helpful and know their products. If you ask for help, they don’t just point; they actually take you to the aisle and make sure you get the right item. The customer service desk handles returns quickly, and pickup for online orders is smooth. The garden center is especially nice — healthy plants, good selection, and employees who know what they’re talking about. Prices are fair, parking is easy, and loading is convenient. Hard time returning items under the 30 day window, and that's with a receipt. Employees are clueless or giving conflicting information about how to proceed. Returning a lawnmower bought online was a headache, the first employee Marcia was giving me attitude as if she was bothered by my return. She send me packing to ask Toro for a return authorization number, I didn't buy it from Toro but rather Lowe's online. I spoke to Daniel another employee and he was super helpful, helped me with the return and picking a riding lawnmower. Daniel knew his stuff and had better customer service skills than those in that department. Lowe's do better or you will continue to lose customers, I was debating between Home Depot and Lowe's and it's clear now, I will spend my money at Home Depot.

Great experience. Mike from the electrical department helped me. He helped me find a specific brush that I needed to clean my brake calipers slide pin bores with. He went above and beyond and he found the exact size nylon brush I was looking for. I looked everywhere and could not find one. Then found it at Lowes because Mike said lets see if another dept has it. Sure enough he found a refrigerator coil cleaning brush that was nylon and the size I needed. Very nice helpful guy. He was an electrician in the 80s. I have been an electrician for the last 10 years so that was cool also. He really went above and beyond. Great experience. Oh yeah wanted to add it was around 8 at night. Not busy at all.
