Lowe's Home Improvement

I went to Lowe's to get some paint supplies and some Flex tape that I had not been able to find anywhere. As a senior woman I am not familiar with a home improvement store layout. As soon as I walked in I spotted a woman with a Lowes vest on and asked her where to find the items that I needed. Right off the top of her head she gave me the aisle number that I needed to go to. I immediately found everything I needed there. I went to find a check out with a cashier as I am not good at self checkout. I was passing up self check out when another lady stopped me and waved me over to a self check out. I told her that I didn't know how to do that. She took my items and quickly scanned them and bagged them and showed me how to run my card. Awesome, she had me out of there in less than 2 minutes. Th

Great experience with Sydney the head cashier on Sunday helping me figure out my online purchase vs the store price, she went above and beyond , took her time and and made sure everything was correct with my future order! It was very nice feeling as if someone actually cared and was trying to help!! Thanks!!

I just want to share the customer service experience we received yesterday from José and Mike in the carpeting department. They both went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. These associates are the reason why we always shop at Port Orange Lowe’s.

PAID 1800. Dollars.for refrigerator, GUYS who installed where not professional at all. 1) Refrigerator had bad gasket freezer side which alert kept coming on. 2) did not level and told wife more or less it was optical delusion..it is so far off telts 20 degrees to back wall. We where forced to buy hose for ice.maker. they didn't hookup up correctly or didn't turn on. Supposed to get another new refrigerator tomorrow on a Sunday .dealt with this over half a day on Saturday. Now start over again..I went to Lowes to complain. They said in a around about way.not there fault..it 3rd party problem..All people beware.big ticket items. Officially done shopping at this store. I tried to return paint that was of such poor quality that it peeled off after 3 weeks. I have seen a dramatic drop in the quality of the products here over the last few years. Also, I am tired of there not being a regular check out open unless you go out to the garden department or down to lumber. Withe the unique items that are much easier for a cashier to ring up this has gotten old. They never have real furniture grade plywood anymore and haven't for quite a few years. I tried to buy door trim and the parts were not even manufactured correctly even though the other sizes next to them were done properly and yet they still put them on the shelf.
