Josh in hardware (screws, bolts, nuts, etc.) has been super helpful helping me get my rooftop cargo carrier the way I want it with hardware. He graciously helped me 2 times on Christmas Eve, despite it being almost closing time. We used our cargo box on vacation and it worked okay. I decided it needed some changes and we went in today (1/8) and he helped us out again with some more bolts, and rivets. He is super helpful and I am so glad that he was there to help.

What a great deal. The management knocked it out of the park with this deal. Great delivery as well. We love love love our new slider! Screen has a small tear, but we'll manage!

We had windows installed in July. They did not give us a choice on screens and ordered modern ones that fall down and leave the window open to the outdoors. One of the latches was broken during install and we have been waiting for a replacement for 6 months now. Every 2 weeks they call with updates. They even said the part was at the warehouse finally and when the installer went to pick it up it was not there. Hence, the process was started all over again. Imagine getting calls every 2 weeks for 6 months. It will likely be another 6 months to a year before it is properly fixed. I do not recommend going through Lowe’s for windows. We also used Lowe’s for a luxury vinyl stairway install, which I would also not recommend. Please keep in mind that they are not interested in how the completed

I was interested in a Dewalt rotary hammer drill. The sales person in the tool department acted like it was an inconvenience to assist me. That alone made my decision to buy this item and 2 other dewalt tools somewhere else. Lowe's just lost out on $600 with of a sale. These items are the same price or possibly a bit cheaper in other places. There was a different sales associate that assisted me on a different item which I did already have in my basket from an earlier transaction. The real annoyance was the tool associate was stocking the area where the items I wanted were located. This was a disappointing visit

Terrible service! Went in looking for a bolt and looked for a while and had no luck finding it. I went up to an employee and asked nicely for assistance and they said that it's "over there" and offered no assistance. I decided to look again for a while and no luck. I found another employee and asked for help and they were unhelpful as well. I went to leave and as I left a person working at the front was on there phone and completely ignored me. I then decided to go to Home Depot where I got help immediately and the employee was super nice and got me the right bolt. As I checked out and left the individual working the front was also super nice. Would definitely go to Home Depot over Lowe's moving forward.
