I googled Kilz primer near me and the price listed at 32.48 available for in store pickup. When I got there the sticker price was 35.68, so I went to customer service and showed them their own website and they would not adjust the price. They said it was online only, but it said nothing about ordering online only. They said it was member price, but it didn't say member price. They even said I screenshot the ad until I showed them it was live feed. These people are using false advertising for financial gain due to not having competition in this area from another vendor. While visiting your store today I found you associate to be simply rude. I have spent more money at hour store this year than I care to mention however when asking for help looking for a specific item your associate was just rude. While I didnt catch his name (good thing I didn't) he said you all no longer carry the bulb I need and when I ask if it cpuld be ordered he said I could check the internet and see. BUYER BEWARE: I paid $1600 for items to be delivered. They rescheduled my delivery through Voicemail, didn't ask my input. We couldn't wait for a $100 bucket of sealant. I called ahead and sent my business partner up to pick up the sealant. I was told they would just make a note that I had picked it up being that I had already paid for it. Instead of marking that down, they canceled my entire order, recharged me for the sealant and then recharged me for another $1500. The overdrafted my business checking doing this and I incurred NSF fees. The mess they made with the accounting only got worse from there. Impossible to speak to a human being by calling . I’ve tried different days and times and it’s extremely frustrating! When you finally speak to someone they can’t help and your back on hold untill you give up and hang up Update: Thanks for the response and the request to call. For the record I tried to call back, I was put on hold for 23 minutes untill I gave up and hung up.
