It's our go to for just about anything from the garden to home repair. We just attended a build your garden beds and watch a man do just what we did only on a larger scale. I just came out of this store in proper and I was very disappointed with the way the manager (Mike - manager on Feb 21 at around 9:30 am) treated us. First of this same store had the most impressive customer service I have seen on home Improvement stores and there are many people here who truly care about customer service so this review is about a person behavior, NOT a generalization of the store. I still believe in Lowe’s. Second I have been a contractor with Home Depot for many may years and they have treated me always with great respect and have extended discounts based of course on the amount of money I spend every year. When I go into a Lowe's I am always given great customer service. Garden center, i get the BEST customer service there every time... the very nice and helpful man helped me pick out shrubs, fertilizer , rose bushes and soil. Not because I asked him to but he asked me all the right questions and came up with several suggestions..man does he know how to upsale!!! Lol He made sure I had everything I needed and more( i plan to go back this evening, not because I forgot something but he was so good at his job that I am going back to get those other suggestions he mentioned !! I also went over to appliances to get a wine fridge. I asked one of the workers inside if he could help me. He didn't even hesitate. He helped me find just the right wine fridge.
