Good selection, home Depot has cheaper prices on a hand full of store over Lowe's. Today there is a lot of good deals on lights. Ok trip. This trip I couldn't find anything I wanted to get but there is a lot of good deals on stuff.

Wanted to get a cheap key copied. The ones that cost $2. Asked for someone to be paged, waited 10 min and they never paged anyone. Asked again, still didn’t page anyone. I thought about going to another store instead, but was on limited on time, so used the green machine. Spent 3x the price I’d wanted to spend. $6 instead of $2. All while being completely ignored by staff. Yea, the machine works. I’m visually impaired, so the machine can be difficult, hence asking for help. I asked for help and waited 20 minutes just standing there while cashiers just stared at me. The person I asked to page someone acted like I was bothering her. Idk I’ve liked Lowe’s, but today was pretty dumb.

I always find what I need and always can ask a friendly associate for help . Today I was helped by Henry . He knew exactly where to find my laundry list of wood that I was sent out to grab. Not only that but he took time and helped me properly put my purchase into my pick up truck . This is a prime example of customer service. Going above and beyond for customers is never expected so when it is received it should always be recognized . If you want great customer service always choose lowes especially this location.

We’re here often smh. Honestly we only come to see Sherley. Shes what keeps that place going. Knows anything and everything and if she doesn’t know she makes sure she finds out. This store has gone down insanely. There’s so much stuff piled in isles ON the carriages and such that we all need to get our materials with smh. Most days you can’t go down the isles. The employees are clueless smh. Steve at the front is awesome. He’s knowledgeable too. It’s important for a store to set balance. Your employees never smile. It’s terrible. How about greetings or eye contact. You have women with attitude problems at your returns. DO BETTER LOWES! Cause we honestly dread going here for anything but talking to Sherley. And don’t tell me to contact you at any phone number to resolve anything. JUST DO BE

I just picked up a pallet of calcium chloride, went to offload it from my truck and the pallet is crushed leaving us to offload it by hand, I'm not sure if the inventory that I ordered was even correct as the pallet was open in a burlap bag not allowing me to cou t the bags but so far I have found multiple bags completely solid from getting wet... at $23 a bag plus and hours time to pickup the pallet and deliver to our shop and now hand unload I am none too pleased with this pur have or the service offer of "we'll replaced the bad product".....it s still going to cost me hundreds of dollars in down time and labor to get the this done the day before Thanksgiving.
