I've owned a few Kobalt tools for many years. In fact they were the first tools I've ever purchased when I started my career in the diesel/automotive industry. (All purchased from Lowes) For many years I've had no complaints about the tools or the brand. That was at least up until now. I had a few broken hand tools i was looking to have replaced under their lifetime warranty. So I went to my local Lowes to have them replaced. After standing around for a total of 45 mins between standing at customer service and standing at the tool section (where I was instructed to go from customer service) I received no help in attempting to exchange my tools. I ended up leaving and decided to come back the next day to try again. I went back to customer service and after again standing for about 20mins, I

Shoutout to Elizabeth in Customer Service for choosing common sense over rigid bureaucracy. I shop at Lowe's religiously, and Elizabeth handled a return issue with total professionalism. By focusing on the customer experience rather than just a policy manual, she kept my loyalty (and my annual budget) with this store. Great to see Lowe’s still hiring smart, capable people

Waited for 30 minutes for assistance from the bell and eventually went to the customer service desk to get them to call someone. No one came so I asked a cashier who the manager was and it turned out to be the person who I asked for help at the desk. I was in the isle right in front of her and didn't have the common courtesy to say no one was coming. Poor if management is like that no wonder there employees standing around in groups but none trying to help customers.

Recognizing the work of a good employee Iam disabled and a young woman named Liz helped me make the payment and helped me put my items in the bags. She was very kind.

This is my first review because i dont usually write these but, POC!! (Especially black folks!!) Dont come here, dont support this location. They cater to the whites and hispanics only. But they will follow you around and then play stupid when you confront them. If you are black (and speak spanish) make sure you let them know you speak Spanish. Maybe they'll treat you a little better. After seeing this first hand I am disgusted and will no longer be shopping at Lowe's as a whole.
