Purchased the wrong part for my grill and immediately returned it. I didn't leave the store. Opted for cash because I didn't want my funds tied up for 24 hours. Immediately purchased what I thought was the correct part in which the salesman showed me. I paid with the cash from the return. Went home to hook up the part so I can grill my burgers. The part was for those Blackstone grill only. I attempted to return the part but discovered I had the wrong receipt. I nice sales clerk offered an exchange but when I came back with the correct part, her Trainer said that we can't do that per policy. Purchased two items online for store pick up last night - after store hours. Received a confirmation email that the order was received at 6:36am. At 6:41am we received another email that our items had been picked up successfully. We arrived to the store around 530pm to pick up our items. The sales associate my husband spoke with also stated it was marked that our items had already been picked up. He explained the situation, that we did not pick up our items and also showed the emails we had received this morning. The sales associate’s lack of candor was very evident. She seemed incredibly irritated - as if she had purchased the lost items herself and were being told this - and loudly remarked to her co worker that she was suppose to take break but now had to deal with this situation. I ordered a deck kit online. Got the kit. Several things were the wrong size. After Several trips to the rome store. Was also short 6 deck boards. Went to store again only to be told they didn't have those which wasn't true. Got what i needed and went to pro desk and Dan left the area never acknowledged us and didn't come back. We waited for 20 minutes before a girl at another register helped us. We wanted to to talk to the pro desk because we had questions. Terrible customer service. I've spent alot money there on different projects. I wont be going there again

The prices and service has just gone downhill. Ive never been a Home Depot guy but my last couple of experiences I think its time to jump ship.
