Felt great walking into Lowe's! The place was orderly and clean. The customer service representative in the return was helpful, efficient and friendly. I really enjoyed looking at the holiday display. Really great job!!! Checkout was seamless. Plenty parking is available for customers. Also, curbside pickup parking. Lowe's prices is better than Homedepot.

Pleasant. Tend to the bathrooms and the parking lot. Other than that, the store is well kept with a variety of products available at a range of prices 👍 some good, and some that are jaw-dropping, not in a good way, though. good 👍 job to everyone working here. We bought a fake fireplace they didn’t give us any information regarding set up . When we received our purchase the people claimed no speak English.The fire place was damaged.i had to get a handyman to put it together.Lowe’s you really suck.I rather TikTok goods.

I call.. yes we have propane refills, i drive right there 20 min.. walk around the store for 10 minutes looking for an employee.. passed multiple just hanging out talking to each other. Passed from one to another because clearly working wasn’t on anyone’s agenda.. only to ultimately be told “we don't have anyone to do propane exchanges they are in a meeting it will be about 2 hours” …

I am happy to report that during my last visit, I noticed that the broken soap dispenser has been repaired, and the bathrooms are being kept clean. Whether this was a as a result of my review or not, I am not sure but if they keep it up, I will come back and give them a 5 star review.. The associates at this Lowes are friendly and very helpful, but the bathrooms are dirty and even dangerous. I shop at this store at least twice a week, and the bathrooms are almost always like this. Today, I saw blood-stained tissues on the floor. That soap dispenser has been like this for over a year.
