I came to purchase a washer today and I had customer service today that I thought was dead in today’s world. David and Kevin went out of their way to help me find the washer I wanted. It was very refreshing to see people still that want to help the customer. Can’t say thank you enough! I will be using this Lowe’s exclusively from now on. Thanks David and Kevin!

We were looking for landscaping plants. Lowes had a better selection than Home Depot. Found everything we wanted. Easy shopping and checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lance (the Store Manager) and Maruquel (Associate) were exemplary. They made the visit personal and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had many requests and I was personally escorted to the product and even was offered improvements in the way I was going to care out my project. They made it feel like they have been my home improvement specialists for years with the level of comfort and personal attention I received. Please, this holiday season recognize them for their outstanding service, care, and eagerness to help a customer. They are an amazing asset to your company and your business strategy. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Lowe’s in Royal Palm Beach, FL. Over the past two years, I’ve purchased multiple appliances from Lowe’s without issue, but my latest refrigerator purchase has been a nightmare. The store repeatedly delivered replacement refrigerators that arrived damaged. Weeks went by with missed or mishandled deliveries, and no effective resolution was provided until the store manager finally stepped in. On top of that, attempts to get a copy of my original receipt were met with unprofessional and rude behavior from staff, including arguing, incorrect account handling, and being hung up on. This Lowes is great! I had some electrical questions about wiring smart light switches. Tom in that department asked me if I needed any help and directed me to what I needed and answered my questions without a hitch! The switches are working and online. Thanks again
