Store was very clean, but the employees which we saw a few did not offer any additional assistance. My 70 year old father and I got 8 sheets of plywood. We also loaded them in his truck, and not one employee offered to help at all. That was a quite a bit concerning.

I was in Lowe’s this morning and was loading 40# bags of patch and seal off a pallet under a rack while 2 employees stood and watch this 68 year old man struggling to get in and out from under the rack. That’s the customer that will have me going to Menards from now on. Also there new policy to take pictures of my drivers license every time is opening a door for someone to still my identity.

Just not great customer service. Standing waiting in the paint department waiting on someone to help me for 8 minutes with two kids 3 and under. The wait not necessarily the problem. The problem is waiting while just being stared at by two employees watching the register as I am waiting patiently with two kids who are getting more impatient by the second. The fact the neither one recognized or lifted a finger to assist or even try to even acknowledge that no one assisting is completely absurd. You should rethink and rehire this position you all are wasting your labor dollars on this.

Worst worst worst delivery experience ever. Completely incompetent third person vendor delivery ever in the history of mankind. Wouldn’t do what they were paid to do…take away old fridge and install new one. Please for the love of whatever you believe just go to Menards. Anyway if someone wants person named Khalil delivers you a fridge just know it’s not going to go well. God I hate Lowe’s now
