I went looking for a Ryobi weed trimmer spark plug. The old spark plug was Torch. I didn’t see anything that told me what my replacement should be. The young lady working in the lawnmower section was able to look it up. After a little bit of back-and-forth between a couple of options, we found the Champion Spark Plug that actually had the last spark plugs serial number on the packaging, but I didn’t notice it before. Thanks to the sales lady, I found what I needed and I’m going home happy!

I went to this location earlier this month for a bird bath. One employee directed us to go inside, then another sent us back out to the garden center on a wild goose chase. We asked a third employee, and they said the particular one I wanted was in a box, higher up on the shelf. It took 4-5 times paging whoever was supposed to handle the forklifts in the garden center. My husband and I waited in the garden center for OVER AN HOUR. Each time they were paged, they were made aware that we were waiting in that particular aisle. We were displeased with the service but figured it was an off day. Fast forward to this past Sunday, we were trying to buy a grill. If you need any assistance finding an item or if you need an employee to bring an item that is on a high shelf down DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. This is the 2nd time that we come to this location looking for some assistance and there was no one available. We asked associates in different departments to please call for an employee to help in our aisle and they did call for help on the intercom but nobody ever came, on either visit! We wasted so much time waiting around and looking for help on both visits. We ended up purchasing the items that we could get ourselves (which were more expensive) because who knows how much more time we would've wasted by waiting in vain. As A retired High School Teacher I have to give CHAINSAW DANIEL AAA +++ .I PURCHASED MY FIRST ELECTRIC CHAIN SAW ( ERGOi think is the name) . I have been looking and asking for more than a year & unable to decide which chainsaw to purchase because I just never got the assistance that Daniel gave me . Hard to find someone to assist me. Had gone in circles multiple times to find someone. Only came for one item and it was not stocked on the shelf. They told me it will take about 10-15 mins to bring the pallet done. But the guys attitude was whatever about the situation. If you’re a department supervisor or whatever they call you keep your section filled and stock. What else are you doing with your time if i don't even see you on the floor. Sense of urgency and efficiency and awareness that he lacks and should not be a leader if he is.
