Lowe's Home Improvement

Terrible mix up from their lack of communication between lowes and installer. From installer to me was great. I had two projects , a front door and a dishwasher to install. First they wanted $4000 for a custom front door and more to install. They took 3 weeks just to measure ,( insistent upon usion their own) then wanted two to three more weeks to install. Ridiculous on all fronts we canceled and I did it for $900. Second dishwasher was bought 11/30. We were assured to have it done well before Christmas. Breakdown with lowes communicating with installer. ( 3 weeks). That took us to installing Christmas eve.... we declined and rescheduled. Came up new years eve. We did that. Ran into complications that should have been seen and done mid December. Finally,all done, first week in January 20

Sonya in fulfillment at the Abercorn Lowe’s was INCREDIBLE. She was super patient with her trainee and helped me get the vanity I was picking up. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys her job and helping customers out. Not once did I get the sense that it was an inconvenience that I was picking up an order that was all the way at the top shelf in the back. She’s going to do great things at Lowe’s and is an outstanding employee!

Totally false advertised the price of the products! Prices were clearly displayed..as I asked for the price the cashier called the "manager". She said no. Clearly showed her the price. She climbs up to start removing the cards as I took the pictured she jumped out of the framed . She claimed something was priced $12.98, but could not find it!@! What a sham of a place . Shame on you Lowe's.

11180 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA 31419 (Go here this place is awful) I called twice to have them double check a 900 dollar product. You have to call and check because they have no ideas what’s in inventory. I was told it was in stock. I even told them to go back and look. Lo and behold an email saying it was out of stock. I was told earlier today that an employee had laid eyes on the product. Home Depot is not stocking this item and boy do try not to shop here. But here we are again giving it a try. Do not buy doors from Lowe's. We purchased patio doors in July. It's now Nov 10th and the installers do not show up. No one calls or cares! Fully paid, because Lowe's requires full payment before ordering the doors. Management at Lowe's could care less. No resolve!
