I don’t have many gigs near a Lowe’s but have been shopping this store the past few months during a big reno locally. The staff is knowledgeable a f friendly and Tony in Plumbing will go out of his way to find you what you need. Great return staff as well. Thanks.

Always find what i'm looking for and the service i get is second to none. I even had a employee help fabricate a new cup holder spot for my powerchair. He went above and beyond customer service and this is the type of service I wish we as customers would recieve wherever we shop well done Lowe's

I went to the pro desk at Home Depot to buy wood pellets for my pellet stove the person there never heard of pellets nor pellet stoves yet he was at the pro desk. He went to two other people standing nearby to get help entered into a conversation and never came back. I walked to garden in the person. There was very helpful helped me load up the dozen bags of pellets into my truck and I was on my way. The manager of the store should never leave a person that says I’m just a cashier. I don’t know anything at the pro desk Poor management.

I bought a shower door but needed to get the measurements of the box. I called the store and after convincing the AI assistant I needed an associate, Yarivette was very helpful to go measure it for me. Great customer service!

Spent $4,500 on new appliances and paid for delivery only to have the fridge arrive damaged and the legs to be missing on my dishwasher. I called this Lowe’s to report the issue and request my replacement items and they blamed the delivery service and had me call them. I then called the delivery company who blamed Lowe’s. After 3 hours was finally able to speak to a manager. Horrible experience and frankly completely unprofessional. I will no longer do any business with Lowe’s.
