Lowe's Home Improvement

Tried to return a simple item but I had unfortunately lost the rec. for, I let them know I would gladly have accepted store credit for the item per the policy listed in large print in the front of the store returns desk... they said they couldn’t accept it, despite their signs bc “that was outdated signage from 2 years ago!” And when I said it’s probably a good idea to update the sign the woman replied “I just work here” …. Not sure what that even means. I left the product with them - but won’t be returning in the future. Which is a disappointment bc I have purchased thousands from them in the past from new blinds to floors.

I hate this location. I had a scheduled delivery sent to the wrong address, and the delivery photo clearly proved it was left at the wrong house. The issue was escalated to management, specifically Jeff Stiles, but the matter was completely neglected. I never received a refund for my expensive order. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Home Depot in Sicklerville instead — their service is actually up to par.

Flooring department, I was working with Julie the other day. She was quite possibly the most uniformed, confused person I have ever dealt with. I was asking about tile and then hardwood flooring and she was clueless. I understand she was young, but at lesat train your employess in what they are selling. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and was quite rude as well. Please train her properly in product, customer service and personality. If you don't know the product, at least be friendly.

Came into the store for paint, not really sure of exactly what I needed for an outdoor application. Tori was very helpful and steered me to the right choice. Within minutes I had precisely what I needed to complete my project.

Maria at the Lowe’s branch is absolutely amazing! 🌟 Her positive vibe, patience, and the way she treats customers make shopping a joy. She’s the kind of employee that makes you want to keep coming back to Lowe’s. Truly a standout!
