Sometimes you come across an individual who makes your visit to a store or shop something to behold. Today it was Andy at the lumber and construction materials side of the store. He found me a place to park during a high traffic period. And asked if I needed help to load my merchandise. I declined and politely thanked him. However sometime ago I had back surgery, and this kind gesture didn't go unnoticed. When leaving I asked Andy for water, he asked if I meant drinking water, I responded no, for washing my hands. He pointed to a nearby water faucet. While walking back towards my truck he asked me if I needed drinking water as well. I thanked him and asked his name. He told me it was Andy and that if ever I ever was in need of help, he was at my disposal. I asked his position at the store

I'm a general contractor and I buy materials periodically for different jobs. I definitely do not recommend these Lowe's stores because now, if you don't have the receipt for the materials, they won't accept returns, and you're stuck with the product as a loss. I repeat, I do not recommend using these stores. Find a professional supplier where they respect your work and respect you as a customer.

I had one of the worst retail experiences of my life at Lowe’s, thanks entirely to the manager Diego. I went in to purchase two framing nailers clearly marked at $80 on the shelf. Instead of honoring the posted price like any reasonable business should, Diego outright refused to sell them to me at that price. It only got worse from there. I went to Lowe’s with my boyfriend to buy two framing nailers that were clearly marked at $80 on the shelf. Trying to return a pick up order for my mother, turns out you can’t return things from December. That’s fine, what’s not ok is staff rudeness. Lady asked me if I can’t read? I can read just fine, I just didn’t know your policy since i’m running an errand for someone else and your sign is behind the door when you enter. Unbelievable
