I just want to say thank you to Ryan M and Emanual so so much for your help. I tried to give 10 stars as promised but Google only allows 5 stars as max. Your customer service is phenomenal and I can't be thankful enough. You answered all my questions due to my lack of knowledge on this DIY PROJECT.

Extremely clean and well-stocked. Plenty of staff offering assistance - which I declined. I'd rather wander on my own: hardware stores are like candy stores offering so many treats for so many projects. Every area I shopped had everything I needed that was (gasp!) easily found. Good job Lowes!

I bought a sub pump for $118. I used it for two minutes and it stopped pumping. When I went to returned it they said it had been in contact with water so they could not take it back. I reminded them it was a submersible pump and I would not know it didn’t work unless it came in contact with water. The manager parroted the same lines when he came. I was simply asking them to be decent humans. They sold me an item for over one hundred dollars that didn’t work and I was only after replacing it with one that worked. Unfortunately that didn’t work. So Lowe’s got a $118 richer and the manager and I both lost a small piece of our soul, me for being way to angry about it and him for upholding the company profits over doing the right thing. Will never step foot in there again.

Long time customer, had Andrew, Alex and Myles help me out but I've noticed they only have been playing country music? Used to love the oldies but goodies they used to play. Might need to go to home depot now idk 🤷‍♀️

It was my first time into Lowe's as an Instacart Shopper and all the employees I met and encountered offered to help and were very courteous. The ladies at checkout helped with my transaction and bagging. Excellent customer service all around!
