The Marandola's want to give a shout out to Kevin & Jorge for impeccable service! They called before they came, they took our old fridge away and delivered our new fridge. They even installed the ice machine for us and made sure the fridge was hooked up and level. Great service and very organized!!! Thank you Kevin & Jorge for your hard work! You made us very happy today!

My wife ordered a "brand new" snowman decoration online and the store ships and delivers their broken (multiple welds snapped and pieces missing) display model. When I called the store, the rep said the only thing they could do was refund the money, but only after inconvenience my family with a trip to their store with the broken item they delivered. One of the pictures (the one where it is in pieces because it's broken) is the delivery confirmation picture. They didn't even bring a box with it. Pretty horrible customer, refund, and delivery service.

Definitely one of the best Lowe’s around. Great selection, fair prices and excellent service! Always a great experience when asking for any help. Let me start off by saying my 1 star is dedicated to the woman who works cashier at customer service named Kim. 12/13 around 8:30am Kim (probably in her 50s, heavyset, darker blonde hair) was unbelievably unprofessional, dismissive and straight up lied to me. I came in because I needed to exchange a broken item and because Kim didn’t care about what I was trying to explain to her she decided to dismiss me by walking away while I was talking saying “well I can’t help you”. I asked if there was a manager who may be able to assist me (because I’m aware that a manager would most likely have to approve my exchange) and she straight up lied by saying “there isn’t a manager in the building”. I immediately knew that was false because I work in corporate and I know there is ALWAYS a manager in the
