I was trying to give one star but it turns out to be a 4 stars. I paid for the item with a free aditional item but the cashier did not included it on the sales so next day when I got a truck to pick it up then they said no free item because it is not in the receipt. My truck driver was like ok but it comes with it and I have to call and find out the cashier did not rang up the item properly. so manger came in and refund my driver the item then re purchase it. After all these work the batter is missing so he has to offer another brand for my dirver whick works out for rme but I do not like their lack of prosessional. I am not sure how this item works as I have not use it yet. I will seee. PS when I was at the store there is no one to help me after waiting for a few minutes I just take a p

Horrible customer service. We bought a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave from this store. We explained we are a company when delivering. They said we would get a four hour window for delivery. We were given a delivery time of 8am - 8pm, which is after we close. managers and shipping company just read of a script and had no explanation or care that we were told misinformation to get the sale. Won't be going back. Horrible customer service.

Honestly have had an amazing experience here every time I've come, even if products are unavailable. My favorite store person is Scott, he always does his best to help you with your at home projects. Thanks so much Scott and Lowes!!

The first time we came (oct 7th) we had an amazing experience. The store has a lot of choices and variety of things. The guy who worked at the tiles department was very helpful he answered all of our questions gave us options, and found our tiles. He was very friendly and helpful. He deserves 5 stars and a pay raises unfortunately he wasnt working today. Today the customer service was really lacking. We needed some tile but we could not find the full amount. The system showed 16 we found over 30 on our own. No one tried to look or told us about an option of ordering online for delivery or pick up at store. We went to the front where we had almost placed an order for pick up later next week but we're asked to wait and let another person go infront of us since he waited long. That was no pr
