Today I had a positive experience buying a new stove. Melissa Gatchell was the sales specialist, and she was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The appliance area had a computer out of service so she took us to another computer station to expedite our check out. She assisted me in quickly securing a Lowe’s credit card that saved me $100.00 on the price of my stove. Throughout she was helpful and professional.

While getting my building supplies I also can buy good quality clothes at a fair price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service at Lowe’s! I had such a great experience at Lowe’s today! Three associates went above and beyond to help me pick out and cut my carpet. They were friendly, patient, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. You could tell they genuinely cared about providing great customer service. The process was smooth from start to finish, and they made what could’ve been a stressful task super easy. Big thanks to the team — I’ll definitely be coming back for my next home project!

What a great store. Whether we're shopping for wood to build our own bookshelf, plants and flowers for our garden, or beautiful Christmas decorations, this store always comes through! The workers are extremely friendly and we feel that the store is always well stocked and clean.

They are always helpful and have great inventory. I gave them 4 stars because they refuse to keep the people selling aircondition and generators in the front of the store from pretending like they are lowes employees and trying to sell you a service under the guise they are trying help you. They are clueless about the store and should be restricted to the front of the store.
