We just bought a new Maytag washing machine. We were very impressed by the sales associate, Kourtnee Hawkins, and the two men who delivered the washer and set it up. Their names are Lawrence Woods and Charles Barston. Polite, professional and they made sure to handle their responsibilities at a high level.

They no longer accept any returns without a receipt. If you used a credit card you're OK. But if you paid cash and can't find the receipt they just tell you to get lost. For decades, they used to give you a store credit, since they just stick the item back on the shelf for resale anyway, but they refuse to even do that anymore.

I had a manager ask me why I brought a jar of urine to work when it was homemade kombucha. Never shopping or supporting this company again.

Update: 12/11/2024 Contractor no showed again. Looks like this might stretch out to 3 years. Terrible experience. We ordered an expensive Pella sliding glass door from this location over 2 years ago and are still trying to get it installed correctly. Initially, Lowes contracted with Summit Installation. The installer they sent out botched the job so badly, the door wouldn’t lock, it wasn’t level, and you could daylight through the top. Pella actually sent a bad panel too that they tried to replace but when they arrived, they said the frame was installed so poorly that they could not put the new panel in the frame.
