I give 5 stars for an employee named TRENT. A true professional gentleman. He understood my mini project and helped me visualize simplicity and affordability. At check another employee by the name of ANDREW was a professional gentleman as well. It’s always nice to go into a store and experience the presence of quality humble employees who seem like they enjoy their jobs and want to be there. Thank you and God Bless.

I went to the bathroom section to look for a simple item. Tried to ask the workers but they said they were too busy to answer a two second question. One guy said I’ll be back and never did. After waiting for 15 minutes I left and took my business to Home Depot.

I’ve been sitting in front of Lowe’s for the past 20 minutes now waiting for someone to come with the gas tank keys so I can exchange for a new one. This is the second time this summer I’ve had this issue. I went back inside twice and supposedly only the managers have access to the keys and I didn’t know you needed two managers to count money in the office? The lady working was so nice and felt bad for me saying there’s not much she can do and that they’re taking “their sweet time”. I don’t understand why someone can’t come out the room and hand one of the employees their keys? I understand it’s Labor Day but they should manage a lot better at this location and I should’ve just driven to the Home Depot on forest if I’m being honest.

Today 7/1 I had a great in-store experience and wanted to highlight some store associates who made my shopping go extra smooth! Dana greeted me with a smile and offered to help me find an item. It was at the very top of the aisles so Issac was passing by and Dana told him what I needed and he sprung into action. He got the big lifter thingy that hoisted him about 10 feet high and reached the very top boxes and got my item! Then Brian in the floral department made sure my marked-down green babies were properly discounted and Ellen helped me look up my Lowe's card at checkout, which let me see the great security measures in place. Give these associates a raise!

My go-to place for home improvement and lighting stuff, I usually have to find someone to help cause I can never get a hang of this place, and you will definitely find a staff to help . I met a veteran associate at the electrical department, I think his name is Tom, elderly man. He was so helpful that I was close to tears,helped me to find what I was looking for even though it was out of his way. Thank you sir,if you ever read this.
