Joe from flooring was incredibly helpful. He assisted me in selecting approximately 500 square feet of flooring and provided exceptional support throughout the process. He even set up my business professional account, which resulted in significant savings of over $400 for spending over 2k. I am deeply grateful for the level of support and care he demonstrated.

They have what you would need there. They are open long hours to accommodate your needs. So you can't ask for more. Plus they give military discount on certain items not whole alot but better than nothing.

I want to write to say how poor your AI functions. It completely mislead and lied about stock inventory despite being asked specifically and having an alleged assistant helping. After being mislead into purchasing and discovering the items would not be available as indicated I contacted the Stony Brook location, who disavowed any responsibility claiming that I should not have used the AI as it is not reliable. The store refused to make any accommodations or offer any compensation for the egregious error. I literally could have just bought the products from Amazon for two day free delivery. I am never purchasing from Lowe’s again.

I gave it a 5-star review a few days ago because the service was excellent. But today, there has free bottles event and my wife and children went to pick them up. The staff were rude, insisting I had to be there in person to claim them. Can't families use the same membership account? Their attitude was incredibly aggressive, and it felt a bit discriminatory. I hope the store supervisor this issue! It wasn't until someone who seemed like a supervisor came to address the issue. It was supposed to be a fun event, so why ruin the atmosphere so much? So, I'm downgrading it to 3 stars.

I must say, they have a great selection and the customer service by the employees is excellent. Kudos to whomever is training them. I have been a Home Depot customer for over 20 years. I might be switching to Lowes as my go to from now on. Oh, I forgot to mention that it appears cleaner and more organized than Home Depot as well.
