I went here to shop at their garden centers. I found some beautiful succulents

Just left this Lowe's. When reviewing my receipt, I noticed I was charged significantly more for a fertilizer. After waiting in line for another 25 minutes, the cashier agreed, but just wrote the correct price on the receipt and sent me to customer disservice. After another 15 minute wait in line a Lowe's rep asked me of a picture of the bar code on the actual price. I didn't have my phone, thus this was impossible. I realized I was wasting my time on a mindless remotely piloted corporate drone. And left feelings cheated. I have some major home improvement projects pending, so I'll go to Home Depot. Lowe's used to have good customer service, but that was then and this is now.

Their curbside service is great! No long waits - follow the app instructions and they come out with your order within minutes. Good customer service. The process for returns is fast efficient and easy. Someone’s there ready to help if needed. Their delivery service is also great - can receive your order same day.

Purchased $3500 kitchen cabinets from Sandra was was very informative & helpful at first. There were issues with quote brought to her attention she wouldn’t have it. She felt I was wasting her time so I purchased cabinets. Fast forward next morning I added same cabinets to cart on Lowe’s.com the difference was $600 cheaper then I was charged. I went to store to correct issue then dealt with flora she wanted me to come back I try to tell her that my time was just as valuable as hers she just turned her back to me and walk away just very rude this all happened in front of manager donnie who was very helpful as we are talking you can still hear her talking nonsense in the hall he ask her to stay over their. He assured me that Sandra came in at 1 PM. She would be able to take care of it. She t

Brian and Christopher were professional, kind. Kelley has outstanding customer service. Brian even put the Bissel vacuum cleaner together for us, and demonstrated how to use it. Made my 73-year-old sister very happy. Wish Lowe's offered a senior discount.
