Lowe's Home Improvement

I love Lowe's. I was trying to stay away from the plants but as I managed to escape my husband's watchful gaze, I was scanning the clearance section when a sales associate arrives with palms and proceeds to tell me they are marked down to 5 dollars. Say less! Grabbed a cart so quick and happily joined my husband who was already shaking his head. The staff here is always so helpful!

The first thing that I can say about this particular lowe's is that the staff is very helpful. I rarely have an instance where they don't have things in stock the store is neat. The only negative I have to say about Lowe's in general all of their stores is that they do not accept any type of tap and pay. Other than that two thumbs up I would recommend the store and I I do personally use this store for all of my hardware and Nursery needs. Keep up the good work

I wanted to take an opportunity to highlight an employee of the Pro Desk, Ruby. As I stood awaiting assistance on Friday, December 5, 2025, Ruby approached the desk about to check out for the day, but asked me what I needed anyway. She was so helpful in the process of placing my online delivery for my home, and even allowed me to seek clarification from my roofer. At one point, my card declined, and she displayed what I would call perfect customer skills, as she waited. She was nice, professional, and most of all patient. I took into consideration that her time to be off has already past, and was very apologetic. Unfortunately I was told by the department sup/mang that regardless what help I needed with the order at 5:40pm in the lumber area it would be tomorrow before any support would be provided. The gentleman in that area told me he was the only one there so I guess no work can be expected with only one employee? The cashier was extremely helpful nevertheless, thank you.

I had an amazing experience at Lowe’s thanks to Bryan! His customer service was outstanding — he didn’t just point me in the right direction, he personally walked me to the product I needed and made sure I found everything on my list. It’s rare to find someone so helpful, patient, and kind. Bryan truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his excellent service!
