Thank you Delivery Team Javier and Robe. Excellent door to door service. They showed up and went the extra mile to take apart my fridge so it would fit through the door. My stress level went from 10 to 0. I truly appreciate your kindness. I hope Lowes takes care of you guys. Definitely deserve a raise and bonus.

I absolutely hate writing negative reviews because I really try to give the benefit of the doubt. But, at this point I think the straw has broken the camel's back here. I purchased three appliances Black Friday weekend and I absolutely swear that I asked for The additional insurance purchase due to the two large appliances specifically that I was purchasing. The lady that was helping me was really great overall but I can tell she was rushing me because it was closer to close and they wanted me to hurry up and get out regardless of my $3,000 plus purchase I was making. I have an issue with one of my appliances and unfortunately over the holiday season I worked an enormous amount of hours and was unable to physically come into the store to inform them. I just visited this location and they have the worst customer service. My mom and I asked for assistance in the Garden/Holiday area and waited close to 30 minutes for assistance and no one helped. Employee after employee walked by and not a single person asked us if we needed help. The lady at the customer service desk paged for help and flagged down an employee to see if he could assist to which he replied" I'm busy and don't have time for that". We left and went to Home Depot, where we got much better service and more variety of items.

Mixed review - my husband purchased $1500 in tile online in July to work on a big project. He got sick and passed away in October. Contacted online customer care, but since past 90 days they couldn't help. Told me to go to local store and they might help. Toted a third of the tile into the store at their request, they attempted to process it, even got asst store manager to try and approve but ultimately they could not approve. They seemed to try to help but hands tied. Pretty confident that it could have been escalated further but they chose not to. It's exceptional circumstances and I hoped for leniency and all I got was nice people who couldn't help, wouldn't ultimately help and a sore back. The employees in this store are helpful and accessible. Yes, I have had to wait for my turn to have keys made, but at least I was acknowledged by the clerk. A simple hello is so much nicer than being ignored. I made the mistake of buying the wrong size toilet bowl seat and exchanging it was easy. I mean, who knew toilet seats came in sizes and so many different shades? Parking is plentiful and I usually find a spot up front. The sales associates are very accommodating to someone like me who isn't knowledgeable about home improvements. So what if I didn't know if needed an-oval or round toilet seat, the bottom line is eventually I found the perfect one for me. And some cool lamps too! I really like this store and being next to Walmart makes this a very convenient location.
