Beware! Go to Home Depot instead! This place is awful! They do not hire the best at this Lowe’s place. The machines to run a simple transaction don’t work, or Inept employees don’t know how to use them. You’ll be there for 1/2 hour to repeat your phone # and address 10 times, and show your driver’s license twice , before you can make a purchase. Very few employees around for help, and employees know NOTHING about their products AND APPLIANCES. This place needs help. I’m sorry I went there. Never again. It’s Home Depot for the win!

I have been looking for single tall plant stands and sat in found one on line that was reg $27 on clearance for $13.on line said they had 4 so I went right away and a guy in the garden said they were inside and he took me to them. They look great so I bought 2. I ordered one from Walmart and it had so many pieces we gave up and returned it, won't do that again.

Haven't shopped this Lowe's in long time, because the customer service was completely unacceptable: Pro desk staff were inept; store associates were nowhere to be found; if staff were found, they were less than helpful to say the least; door and window staff spent 6 months getting replacement screens for custom windows, etc. I would drive to the store in Chandler to avoid dealing with the customer service at this store. Shopped there today for a few things. Lots of new faces on staff who were: helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and outright customer service oriented. Clearly (thankfully) a drastic change in management. Joel at the Pro Desk was GREAT to work with! He had quickly & accurately scanned all of our items (lots of tiny plumbing parts) and ran the flooring and purchases thro

I am SO sick of seeing customers with their large dogs in this store. It is a dangerous situation waiting to happen. I have had my son knocked into a shelving unit because someone's dog decided unexpectantly to jump up on him. I told management and reached out to corporate and they did not care. If he had been injured I would have sued since this is their store/company policy to allow animals in their stores. Dogs, as we have seen over and over again, are unpredictable and it is a bad idea to have them in a store with dangerous heavy tools and heavy shelving units. What would have happened if that shelf or something on it would have hit my child? Is a dog more important than a human? A child?
