We had an outstanding experience at the Lowe's in Tilton, NH, while shopping for new appliances. From the moment we walked into the appliances section, Michael was incredibly helpful—knowledgeable about all the models, patient with our questions, & genuinely friendly. He guided us through options that fit our needs and budget without any pressure. When we ran into a small hiccup when ordering, Assistant Store Manager Joe stepped in seamlessly. He was attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure our order was processed quickly and accurately. Their teamwork made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This store sets a high bar for customer service—highly recommend! Thanks again to Michael and Joe for making appliance shopping enjoyable.

If I could give zero stars I would! I spent 2 hours sanding my driveway before delivery, the drive got here and refused to drive down it, so they said they can leave it at the end of my driveway or I can pick it up at the store but not until the 10th! So here I am trying to dolly a washer, dryer, and dishwasher down my driveway and into my house by myself, Customer service was extremely rude, wont refund my installation. Dont bother with lowes! I have never had issues like this with home depot so save yourself the headache and just go to home depot.

The delivery guys showed up an hour earlier than the bullshit tracker on the website showed. The driveway was partially sanded. I left to go get more sand and they were here. The tracker said they were still an hour away. They wouldn’t deliver and they left. Customer service was rude.

The sales people are very helpful especially in the Gilford NH store. I was looking for a certain style refrigerator and stove. I was explained about certain stainless finishes and quality of the brands. Right now most products at on back order and they explain that . Delivery was a little tedious. My first refrigerator was damaged during delivery. They let me use it till a new one came in. The delivery men were very nice but don’t let them leave till you have inspected everything.

My favorite section is the clearance shelf for house plants!!! It’s a bit much at this point. 🪴but it makes me happy!! 😃
