⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rachel Durrett at the Lowe’s Pro Desk in Titusville did an outstanding job coordinating our carpet and installation supply delivery today. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Her communication and attention to detail really stood out. The delivery team, Reggie and Patrick, were equally impressive. They arrived on time, handled the materials with care, and were courteous and efficient throughout the delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was placed exactly where needed. Excellent customer service all around. This is the kind of team that keeps customers coming back to Lowe’s. Highly recommend!

I was getting landscaping timbers and had trouble finding the ones on the website. I saw some that looked just like them but they had a higher price than the website. (Turns out the price on the shelf is wrong because it rang up correctly at checkout.) I tried getting help on the price but the lady just said she didn't know and left me to figure out on my own. So I start loading the "expensive" timbers which are big, bulky and heavy. The same lady is now hanging out talking to a male coworker and standing in front of my cart. I have spent a lot of money at this location over the years. I went in today to purchase ship lap boards for a project. I needed to buy 12’ boards to eliminate any seams but needed them cutdown to make transport easier. I stopped at customer service and described exactly what I was buying and that I needed the boards cut because I wanted to make sure they would cut that many boards. I was told they would. I then spent the 30 minutes going through the boards to get the amount I needed that were in good condition. I loaded them up and headed to the cutting area where I was told they would not make the cuts. Even when I told them that customer service said they would, they still said no. I was getting items at the store for my father (100% disabled Army Vet) and plugged in his number. Unfortunately I did not have his card on me and was trying to show him with his military ID on the FaceTime and the cashier (Yesi) was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes, gave the nastiest attitude, huffed and puffed, placed her weight on the counter top while staring at the ceiling continuing the rude and abrasive behavior. I have shopped at this Lowe’s for over 20 years- since the week it opened. It used to be the tops for everything- especially the customer service. Employees were helpful, and when they didn’t know the answer they would find someone who did. Sadly- in the past 3-4 years it has taken such a nose dive that I will now shop at Home Depot- which does not always carry the products that I prefer. I have previously contacted the manager of the store to let him know of his rapidly declining customer service, and I was met with reassurance that the employee would be addressed concerning the shortcomings.
