If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Lowe’s and KraftMaid has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. What should have been a simple kitchen cabinet project has turned into almost 10 months of delays, defects, excuses, and complete lack of accountability. I started this project in May 2025, and it has been nothing but frustration: - It took 6 weeks just to get the first set of cabinets. - One cabinet arrived with serious structural issues. Lowe’s reordered it three separate times, and every single replacement came damaged or defective. - Another cabinet had scratched doors, which meant another 6‑week wait. - My kitchen renovation finally began in October, under a contract that clearly stated 3 weeks to complete. - But more cabinet problems kept showing up. This store had items online during the sale times for Thanksgiving and black Friday. After I placed the order, they just canceled the order 10 days later without a notice nor an email to let me know that the screwed me. I was checking on the status and found that the order was canceled. I called to find out what happened, they told me sorry we don't sell the product no more!! So why you had it listed for sale then?! I bought it from them and I could have bought it from homedepot for similar price. But now the sale prices are gone and I got screwed because they don't care! It was my fault to use them since I always use homedepot and they never let me down ever. Never buying anything from this company from any location ever again. Homedepot is way better proven more than once now.

I would like to express sincere gratitude, to sales associate Mr. Mark Pettaway, for assisting me in restoring, a very valuable (not in cost)/heartfelt pieces of furniture, which belonged, to my deceased mother. He demonstrated professionalism, patience, ability to articulate with thorough explanation, understanding and on point suggestions. I wouldn't have been able, to complete this project, to it's maximum excellence, without him. I truly appreciate Mr. Pettaway, for his expertise. Thanks again! Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered online with SAME-DAY delivery and waited all day for nothing. No call, no update, no delivery. Then Lowe’s changed the delivery to the next day—again, no one showed up. After that, it was rescheduled AGAIN for two days later. Total waste of my time. Customer service is a joke. Every time you call, an associate answers and immediately puts you on hold for over an hour. Trying to get a refund or any real help is nearly impossible. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Do NOT order anything online from Lowe’s if you actually need it delivered. They won’t show up, and getting your money back is a nightmare. I will never order online from Lowe’s again.

Not the best experience here during the week. I was at this Lowes after work to exchange a patio set. Customer service helped us return the other set, but getting the new set was a task. No one was working in the outdoor furniture area to actually get the new set. We waited about 45 minutes to an hour to actually have someone get the furniture. I guess they don't have enough staff during the week or at least on Thursday evening. Everything else was fine.
