Awesome people work here...everything I need in the their yard...so much better and easier with their military discount versus the 'orange' store

Came to Lowes for outdoor furniture and was looking around when DJ came up to offer help and guidance. He was amazing!!! DJ was knowledgeable and helpful! He helped us pick out a table set, couch set & a rug. DJ loaded everything up for us, walked with us to the checkout and helped us load everything onto our trailer. I’ve never been greeted with better customer service! I can’t thank DJ enough!!

Just walked out.... Customer service is like you have to walk outside and walk all the way around to get a cart to load soil up. Oh, garden centers closed.... I mean, what gives if I wanted to do the job I would work here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If anything, they should have their carts readily available for someone, especially if the garden center gates are closed. Instead now I'm going to home depot. This is probably one of the worst lowes I've been to.

Trying to ring up a large order I spent 20 minutes watching 4 female associates scratch their heads and shrug shoulders. Two of them, including the primary associate wandered off over an isle and actually started shopping for candy bars. The female staff at the contractors desk show about as little interest in efficiency as I’ve encountered, especially as a contractor on a weekday morning. No wonder the place was empty. No “sorry for the wait” no “how about you keep shopping and we’ll have it ready for you” Nope just a whole mess of attitude and bad manners.
