These guys are great!!! So helpful… I came rolling in my electric cart looking for tv mount bolts(???? I was sent by my daughter to go get em). They were waiting for me at the door and walked me over there and all the other isles I needed stuff. They seem to have lots of staff on hand. Their shelves are always packed to the edge too. Much better than the anti DEI shop down the street.

I am looking at remodeling my kitchen. I went to the section where they sell ready made and custom made cabinets for the kitchen. They was an older guy sitting at a desk ( I assumed he was working on commisison selling cabinets, etc ) I asked him several questions and he didnt seem all that enthusiastic about helping me. I had a particular question about a model on the floor; the counter top material. etc he didnt even get up off his seat and walk 20 feet over to me. I just said we dont sell that type of countertop anymore, and then continued to look down at whatever it was he was reading. He didnt do a follow up and show me alteratives or suggest is opinon on a similar countertop, etc I get it, its a big box store and not a custom cabinet store. In the past I’ve primarily shopped at Home Depot for tools, hardware,& work supplies! The last few years though I’ve frequented Lowes more & I gotta say they put up a close fight with the behemoth for overall supplies & service! Unfortunately, this time the “service” I received was lightweight disturbing…. So I was looking for an item & an employee asked to help me I replied with the item I was looking for. He led me there, I thanked him I grabbed the item & began looking at other products in the same vicinity. I look over my shoulder a minute or so later & he’s standing there staring at me… then asks if I needed anything else. I told him don’t think so & began walking down the aisle. I stopped down 2 maybe 3 more isles on my way out & every isle I came to he was at either one end or the

Go see Rob in countertops and cabinets. His knowledge is phenomenal and extremely helpful. He spent so much time with us answering all our questions and making helpful suggestions. We were able to move forward with our kitchen remodel because of Rob. Thank you.

I usually appreciate this store for being the cleaner, quieter of the two options in Vallejo. I needed something in an emergency, and rushed down to get it. I had confirmed online that they closed at 10pm that day, and I arrived at 8:52pm. They not only changed the hours on the door to say they would close at 9pm, they were already locked up. I knew I would be in and out within 5 minutes, so I was rather annoyed and ended up going to the competition. This is not a restaurant. There was no reason for these employees to be in such a hurry that they needed to lock up so early. Business hours are business hours. Stick to them. Especially in the corporate world.
