Lowe's Home Improvement

I really like this store because it's large, clean, the aisles are spacious. I like Lowes because I feel it's catered more towards a general customer rather than builders. The parking lot is massive. They have a drive thru mulch area where they load your trunk. The prices are generally reasonable. I purchased some beautiful large potted plants here about a year ago and they are still gorgeous. This visit I came for soil and came across a similar potted plant at half price in the discount section. The problem was I did not know if I could fit in my car! Quincy came out to help me and got the calculation just perfect. I am so thankful for his help! P.s. Quincy, the plant made it home safely! I loved it here! My mother and I usually shop for citronella torch fuel and wicks. We went to Home Depot because that's where we usually buy them – however they were out of stock. So we then decided to go to Lowe's and see if they had it.... When we get there they had everything we were looking for, plus all of the products were fully stocked! So we will definitely be going to Lowe's from now on!

I will NEVER use lowes again. I order 4 boxes of vinyl floor. I was told the package was ready to be picked up when I got there to pick it up. Only three of the four boxes were there. They said the last one was on his way. Waited a week still nothing finally went in and they ordered another box and I was told that it was delivered with somebody’s signature on it and now they’re still saying that it’s missing. It has been three weeks now, and I am still waiting on my last box of Flooring.

I haven't been to Lowes in a long while but was wondering why that was because I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. I purchased a few outdoor items and am pleased with the selections. Staff was pleasant and accommodating but may need additional help. I recommend.

The gentleman who is “the tool expert” was incredibly useless and rude. I came in looking for a part for my craftsman orbital sander, because Lowe’s is a distributor. He could not be bothered to take 1 minute to help me find a solution as they do not carry the part. His only response was “buy it online!”. I asked another associate if they knew if anyone else in the area carries parts for craftsman and the original “expert “ came back to our conversation and asked “what I didn’t understand about buying it online”. I understand retail isn’t always a fun job, but typically retailers will help find immediate solutions. This guy was extremely rude and probably way past his prime to be working with the public. This will be my last attempt at giving Lowe’s my business.
