If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This store has the laziest and most incompetent staff. I have had bad experiences with them several times but today was completely unacceptable. I had to return 2 appliances and was given a delivery date. I was supposed to be given a 4 hour pick up window the evening before the pick up. I never heard anything from the delivery company or from Home Depot about the 4 hour window. I called Home Depot because I was not given the other company’s information and they typically facilitate that communication. I spoke with the supervisor at 7pm on Jan 12 who told me that no one was working in the appliance department to help me. He told me he didn’t know what to do but took all my order information and was going to work with the service desk and call me b

Compliments to employee TARYN at Warrington PA Lowe's. TARYN was professional, knowledgeable, helpful & cheerful. I needed help with bathroom renovations & even though it was not her Dept., Taryn was extremely helpful & I appreciated it very much. Taryn is a great representation for Lowes & any business. K.H.

Long gone are the days where you could go to Lowe's for the tools/items you need AND the advice on using them. Their inventory and pricing is good, but the staffing is no longer done with giving guidance in mind. I guess you go to Ace if you need that now.
