I don’t know what was going on with the women at Lowe’s today but the way I was treated was beyond not okay . The two heavyset women that are working the front, one was old with a 12 year patch on and the other was younger short brown hair brown eyes red vest , they are some of the rudest people that I have ever interacted with for absolutely no reason. I came in needing help. The older one was extremely rude, right away she couldn’t be bothered with helping Me she had no desire to help me, & made it very obvious. So I walked away. I go to get help from the other heavyset girl, and not only was she completely clueless of what she was supposed to help me with, she was extremely rude. I purchased a refrigerator & was told by the salesman that the doors would be removed to fit it through my house door. The delivery person said that the freezer drawer couldn’t be removed so he couldn’t deliver it. He told me that the salespeople are “crazy” & will say anything to make a sale(not very professional in my opinion ). I went back to Lowe’s and purchased another refrigerator with 4 doors on it & was guaranteed that it could be delivered. The delivery person said that since the left door had the ice machine in it he couldn’t take that door off and refused delivery. I spoke with his supervisor who assured me that it could be done & I rescheduled for it to be delivered again. Same thing happened with the “better” delivery crew that I was promised. Pretty standard for a Lowes, although I did notice for the first time a pro Air fill station (unfortunately out of service). Possibly, they're at all Lowes, and I've just noticed today. It's a nice free service. I always love the fact you can get your lumber cut at Lowes. It's another nice service they supply. Staff are friendly and always stacks of parking.

Went to buy a 15mm ratchet wrench tonight, the entire store only had 2 that you vould buy separately and that was fine no other option so I grabbed one from the draw it was a Craftsman marked $19.98 and tgat was fine. I got to the register it scanned for $36.98 so I figured big deal they'll must be an error they'll fix it. They had me go back take a picture of the spot I got it from the front desk employees were trying to be extremely helpful but Manager Vicky didn't want to bothered not at all, so went back down to the ratchet and socket drawers, just like me the Lowe's employee could only find the one spot that this wrench could have been and yet the wrench was not the price that was marked on the drawer and not to mention their were no other wrenches in the drawer priced this high, they
