Customer Reviews
I visited Lowe’s for the first time on Tuesday afternoon to purchase mulch, and I must say I was beyond impressed. As soon as I had the thought that I needed assistance, Daniel appeared as if on cue and asked how he could help. His customer service was impeccable. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. Daniel didn’t just point me in the right direction he stayed with me throughout the process, ensured I got everything I needed, assisted with checkout, and even loaded the items into my car. It’s rare to experience such genuine care and excellence in customer service these days, but Daniel absolutely delivered. As I was thanking him out loud, another customer chimed in, “Yes! I always look for Daniel. He’s the best.” Clearly, I’m not the only one who thinks so! My che
Jackson in the Appliances department at the Waxahachie store was A-1!!! He made my purchase so easy and flawless. I wanted to get my items on sale and knew I wasn't going to be able to make it in the store in time, so I called Jackson and asked if I could handle my purchase over the phone with my Lowe's credit card. He said yes and I was super relieved. His product knowledge and promotional knowledge was unmatched and he explained the why behind every item. He made me feel like my purchase was a value to him and that my satisfaction was the primary focus. Thanks Jackson and i can tell that you truly love what you do.
I have never been so disappointed in a store franchise then I was today. I have always shopped at Lowe’s because they have taken care of me and always honor the military discount. I want in today to buy a washer and we got all the way through the process and they said “oh we do not do military discount on appliances.” When I asked since when, they could not answer me. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Lowe’s anymore, for appliances or anything else. So thank you Lowe’s for showing your true colors when it comes to supporting us veterans..
Lowe’s, you lost me. I grew up in hardware stores. From the time I could walk, I was at Home Depot across the street with my stepdad, going from job to job, learning the grind. When I moved my business to Lowe’s, it was because I believed you cared about your customers. For nearly 20 years, I was loyal—two personal home remodels, countless projects, thousands spent. But yesterday? Yesterday, that belief got crushed. I tried returning some items. No receipt—I get it, that puts me at a disadvantage. But what I don’t get is why the green-haired teenage team member couldn’t offer a single solution. "There's nothing I can do, sorry" Not a conversation, not store credit, not even a little effort to make it right. Nothing. I wasn’t asking for a handout, just basic respect for a loyal customer.
I definitely feel that we were racially profiled today. No one greeted us when we entered the store, we had to walk up to 2 unfriendly men and ask for assistance. They showed NO INTEREST in helping us find what we were looking for and then tried to brush us off by telling us to just go their website. I then asked them to search on their phones and they still showed no motivation and it was obvious they were just ready for us to exit so they could get back to their personal conversations. What is the purpose of Lowe’s hiring staff that don’t want to do their jobs? What’s even sadder is one of them had on an Assistant Manager badge…what a joke. I will be writing to your corporate office as well. And to think we were going to make another large purchase here in the next week. No way!
