Great place to do business. The Team there will do what they can to meet your home and business needs on most things except pots and pans. Just go ahead and get the lowes card before you even show up. They’re going to ask you if you have one and it really does come in handy ( but honey I can pay it off over 12 months no interest).

I use the combination of delivery, curbside and store pickup as well as general shopping. The curbside pickup has been so friendly and helpful. Everything I need is most of the time stocked. Makes my garden hobby and home maintenance much enjoyable and easier. Plenty of parking, convenient location to pickup a frozen lemonade from Chick-fil-A right afterwards.

I needed a spool of wire that Lowes keeps locked up in a cage. I was looking for an employee to assist me. No employees could be located in the area so I wandered over to the paint dept. She looked at me and seemed to have trouble communicating. I saw another employee walk by so I quickly ranbover to him. He pointed to the gal working the self checkout. I started to look for someone else and the employee from paint finally made it over to the wire cage. After several attempts to open the lock she started to walk away. I gave her the idea that if I assisted her we could get the spool out over the cage door. She walked away. I went over to the pro desk and she called a couple of employees but they were busy. The staff at this location are truly exceptional, and their dedication to providing excellent customer service is evident in every interaction. This lowe's store does not have enough help.And you have to find somebody to help you, which is ridiculous.When you are going there to buy something that you have to search around to find someone to help you. I absolutely hate going to the store and only do it when I absolutely have to.I would rather order from home depot and have it delivered. Also, when you finally do find something that you're looking for it's either out of stock.Or there's one left in the box is open.And you don't know if everything is inside the store is a disaster.The only part of the store which I can say is good is the outdoor section.
