Poor service in the flooring department today. I waited more than 30 minutes for assistance getting a flooring pallet

I don't frequent Lowes as much as I used to as their prices can be outrageous on garden items. However, if you need PVC piping, they likely have what you need, so I did get that. This particular trip was very frustrating. It was a nice day so of course the garden section was very busy. We waited in line about 10 minutes, then when it was our turn to checkout, the cashier looked at us and said, "I'm closed," and walked away. We then had to get in the other line that had 11 people waiting in it! We had to wait almost 20 minutes to finally check out. They definitely need a better system. If you need to close a lane, fine, but notify people before they get in your line and wait. It took less than 2 minutes to get what I needed, but 30 minutes of waiting in line. This store has the worst customer service and even worse management. Ordering online should not force me to deal with this store. They send me 2 damaged refrigerators. They then leave me without a fridge and without a refund. I've been calling daily for 4 weeks straight. And NOTHING. I show up in person and the manager is on DO NOT DISTRURB. Are you kidding me?!?!?! How is a store manager allowed to ignore their customers. This is ridiculous!!!!

The Hazleton store is a disaster. there’s only a handful of employees in there that know anything of what they’re talking about. Mary is awesome, maybe one or two others. doesn’t seem like the employees get training anymore. It also doesn’t seem like they hire anyone in the field anymore. Like they don’t hire ex contractors or ex plumbers or ex electricians, they just hire anybody that will fill a slot and expect them to know things that they don’t. Also, the store is poorly stocked. The pro desk is a joke. You don’t know how many times I went in there and ordered stuff for jobs and the orders were screwed up or messed up, or they didn’t have the right items on the order as a contractor you want to go in there order your things and get out of there as fast as possible. I’m giving a 2 star review because whoever manages the online order system is completely disappointing me. Like many customers, I plan my projects. I build my list, do research ext. Recently I noticed that I can just order online and then pick up at the store a few hours later. The website clearly states orders will be ready in 3 hours but my experiences ay otherwise..... My first order took 14 hours before I finally got the pickup email. I almost canceled and went to the store myself. I decided to give Lowe’s the benefit of the doubt and tried again a few days later, thinking maybe they were short-staffed or backed up or something else. But the same exact thing happened again. I placed the order in the late morning and didn’t get a notification until the next day. That’s a full-day delay
